Instructions for applying a heat press / iron-on

Heat the iron to a high temperature (about 180–200°C / "Cotton" setting without steam).

Preheat the area of ​​the garment where you will place the patch for about 10–20 seconds.

Place the patch , adhesive side down, on the selected area and cover it with a thin cloth or baking paper to avoid burning.

Press the iron down firmly for 30–40 seconds without moving it (DO NOT slide it back and forth).

Turn the garment over and iron the same area on the reverse side for another 20–25 seconds.

Let it cool completely . If any edge comes off, repeat the pressure with the iron until it sticks completely.
